"Great Card and Outstanding Customer Service"

WOW .. what else can I say about the OUTSTANDING customer service provide!?!?
Before I go there, let me say the quality of the card is top notch. I opted to have it mailed so the art would cover the entire front page and not have the white outline that would be printed in the store.
Now.. for the outstanding customer service. I ordered a Happy 96th Birthday card for one of our patients - based on information I was given - it should have been 95th Birthday! I called to change it and missed the deadline, the original had been printed and was being mailed. The customer service rep said, "no problem" I will order and mail a 95th Birthday card for you at NO CHARGE. I am blown away. Customer service like this is difficult to find these days.
I will recommend this company to everyone and will order all my patient cards (we are a Hospice agency) from Greeting Card Universe!

Bought this for my father-in-law who turns 95 in February. Loved that we could make it so personal. He'll love it too!
