"Happy Birthday - Great Great Granddaughter" is the uniquely beautifully hand lettered wording that crosses this card's birthday cake. The wording fills the side of the floral cake, that is topped with large vivid pink and bright blue flowers and sits on a cake stand, with three legs that roll around and around, beneath the white cake and under the cake plate of blue with pink polka dots. Glittering candles of pink, blue and white, sit atop the cake, as round confetti of pink, white and blue decorates the air all around the cake and adds more birthday fun to the card. The inside wording says "Wishing you a birthday that sparkles with fun and happiness!"
