Celebrate someone special's birthday with this card from their pet cat or kitty. The delightfully charming cupcake is being presented by the cat in the hat with polka dots and a long orange ribbon tied under her chin. She sits in preparation of a special person's birthday celebration, next to a huge frosted cupcake with colorful sprinkles spread across it. Candles atop the cupcake burn and emit a radiating glow at the top of the card, beneath the card's hand lettered message of "Happy Birthday to you". The inside wording is "From a very special pet!"
