A special greeting card for a friend whose birthday falls on Christmas Day! There is a fun gnome, or Swedish Tomte, in bright clothes and a very tall hat. He is holding a yellow balloon and a green balloon for a combined birthday and Christmas celebration. The gnome, a traditional figure from Scandinavian folklore, has a big white beard, a huge, colourful hat that covers his eyes so that only his big, pink nose is visible. The background colour is shades of blue from midnight blue to sky blue with tiny white stars and snowflakes and the greeting, in white, informal lettering is, 'Wishing you a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY on CHRISTMAS DAY, Friend!'
