Wish your wonderful uncle a Happy St. Patrick's Day Birthday with a card featuring a pot of gold at the end of a colorful rainbow with white and gold balloons set on a solid background decorated with zigzags, a butterfly and green, fancy text.. Inside like all Greeting Card Universe cards can be personalized by you if you wish to give it your own personal touch. Design by Laurie Schneider, elements by J. Rett Graphics, Diana'z Designz. Not every city goes all-out in its celebratory efforts. From 1999 to 2007, the Irish village of Dripsey proudly touted that it hosted the Shortest Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in the World. The route ran for 26 yards between two pubs.
