A fun and colorful Employee Anniversary card with a bold summer fresh vibe. This design features a large pink polka dots on white pattern in the top half; some of the polka dots have a gold sparkle effect overlay, and a bold, orange and white vertical stripes pattern, with the addition of decorative interspersed thin gold sparkle effect vertical lines, in the bottom half. A white text box, with thin orange borders and thin gold sparkle effect lines just inside at the top and bottom, divides the two patterns horizontally across the centre. The text box has a drop shadow giving it a slight 3D effect. On the text box is written 'Happy Anniversary' in orange, in a fun curly font with some orange and gold sparkle effect swirly decorative elements at either side.
