This is a colorful Employee Anniversary 3 Years card featuring the text 'CONGRATS' which is written in a fun font with some swirly elements and overlaid with a yellow to deep red gradient with a touch of digitally created sparkly stars and dots detail. The text is set against an exciting celebratory spray of fireworks background with a matching color palette to the text. Underneath CONGRATS is a banner on which is written '3 YEARS' PLEASE NOTE : The sparkle effect in this design was created digitally, there will be no actual glitter or additional textures in the final printed card.
