If you know someone who is just finishing earning their Cosmetology or Beauty License, whether you are a friend or family member, or you work in the same Beauty Salon or Cosmetology Parlor as the student who will now be fully certified as a Cosmetologist, this card is a fun way to congratulate the graduate. The upper left hand corner of the light blue card contains a royal blue container holding brushes, combs and scissors - the daily items the new graduate will use in their career. The card's blue hand lettered wording says "Congratulations on earning your Cosmetology License". The wording to the graduate inside the card is "So proud of your accomplishment!"
