This special card is a unique way to commemorate the anniversary of someone's Heart Transplant. The large melon colored heart at the center of the light blue card, has the beautifully hand lettered message inside of "Heart Transplant Anniversary", written in white. A small heart sits below the wording and a pattern of white heart waves fills the top of the heart with a repeated heart wave pattern. The same pattern crosses the entire card, in blue, behind the large heart, adding a repeated texture to the card. The inside wording of congratulations is "It's the Anniversary of your Heart Transplant! Congratulations!"
