Thank the very special Doctor on your hospital or medical staff, or your personal Doctor who has taken such excellent care of your or a family member, with this elegant hand lettered thank you note. The large white uniquely hand lettered words of "Thank You", are stacked at the center of the blue to turquoise card. A turquoise and white stethoscope waves through the wording, beginning with pink earbuds and ending with a pink heart. Right below the heart is an area for you to personalize your card, inserting the name of the Doctor you wish to thank or the general category of Doctors you each want to send thank yous to. Simply follow the prompts, as you order your card or cards, typing in the name or category you want to appear on the front of the card. The card's inside wording says "Thank you to an outstanding Doctor who is committed to excellent healthcare." The inside wording can be changed and a photo or logo uploaded, if you wish.
