Blank inside humour. Two lawyers approach the bench in a courtroom where a tip jar full of cash sits next to the judge. One of the lawyers says, I'm not accusing you of anything, your Honour. I'm just saying the tip jar may create an impression of impropriety. Inside is blank, so you can make this into whatever occation you require. I have used this as a 'money inside' card, so that's one possibility, and you get to pick whatever occasion warrants this transfer of funds - as long as it's not a bribe!
