This brilliantly colored confetti-filled balloon of light blue fills this congratulations card with festive excitement about someone's special achievement. At the center of the soft blue balloon is the hand lettered word "Yay" that pops out with joy for the achievements and performances of one or many when you give it to them following an outstanding job well done. Flecks of vividly colored square confetti in colors of bright turquoise, melon, lavender, yellow, chartreuse and pumpkin define the edge of the balloon that is tied with a black string below. The inside wording says simply says "Congratulations! Well done!" The inside wording can be changed or added to and a photo or logo can be added inside as you order your cards, if you wish.
