It has two large blue stars that overlap, at the center of the white card, with the top one having the white hand lettered wording of "Congratulations" inside. The bottom blue star says "On Your Commission as a U.S. Air Force Officer". Two sets of red and white stripes undulate across the card, to cover the tips of the blue stars. The inside wording of the card says "We are so proud of your accomplishments and your commitment to serve our country as a Commissioned Air Force Officer."
