Congratulate someone with this highly patriotic red, white and blue military commissioning congratulations card. Two large blue stars fill the middle of the card, with wording on both. The top star is hand lettered, in white, with the single word "Congratulations". The bottom star says "On Your Commission as a U.S. Officer". The white card also has two sets of repeating red stripes that wave in an s-shape across both the top and bottom of the card, in parallel red and white stripes. One point of both blue stars peek through the red and white stripes, both at the top and bottom. The white background is peppered with smaller and tinier blue stars, inside of the area where the stripes appear. This card is appropriate for any branch of military service. The inside wording of the card says "We are so proud of your accomplishments and your commitment to serve our country as a Commissioned Officer."
