What a bright day it is when a sweet, new little Nephew joins your family! You'd like a very special card that will say congratulations and will also welcome him. These four little bears that float and frolic with balloons, in the blue sky, are the perfect way to greet the new little baby. The little bears each hang suspended from their own balloon of blue, lavender, mint green or yellow and each has a large, white letter on its side. Together, as they soar in the air, they spell out "BABY" and dance above the card's hand lettered wording of "Congratulations on your new baby Nephew". The card's inside wording is "A sweet, new little miracle has arrived. Congratulations on your new baby Nephew!"
