Your 60 year old neighbor, whose birthday is just around the corner, is going to love this beautiful lavender birthday card from you. White hand lettered words, across the bottom of this vibrant card, says "Happy Birthday". Above the beautiful lettering, a large floral-topped cupcake, covered in pink frosting and multi-color sprinkles, has the large white number 60 written on its side, popping out the new age of this special person. Above, an arching trio of cute houses fill a semi-circle hillside arch, over the top of the cupcake, in a miniature neighborhood, letting the recipient know how much you enjoy living around them and being their neighbor. Twinkling blue, white and red stars fill the lavender background, with a festive feel, and your inside message is "Happy 60th birthday to a very special neighbor. Hope this will be your happiest birthday ever!"
