This bright and happy card for a set of triplets turning sixteen is one that will brighten their mutual birthday on this very special teen birthday that they share. A cluster of brightly colored balloons rise on the left side of the card, in colors of blue, mint green, yellow and pink, some polka dotted with joy. The card's right side contains the number "16" with the "1" acting as a candle, with a flame atop it, and the word "Triplets" written inside. The "6" is polka dotted in colors that match the balloons. Your inside wording says "Triple birthday wishes to three sweet sixteen triplets!"
