Say happy birthday to a pair of twins who are turning 18 years old with this darling card that features a double vision of large overlapping eighteens. Each eighteen appears in blue and green patterns, the ones with blue polka dots on green and the eights with diagonal green stripes on blue that overlap to create a new varied color. Yellow candle flames top each number 1, that also double as birthday candles, as well as being ones. "A Double Birthday" is written above the number 18s, on the black background. The inside wording is "Happy birthday to a pair of very special twins!"
