Wish someone well who is recovering from a hysterectomy with a card spotlighting on an adorable horse with a blue blanket and bridle on a soft gradient background saying he feels crappy. Horses can sleep both lying down and standing up. Horses can run shortly after birth. Domestic horses have a lifespan of around 25 years. Women often describe their surgery as a “complete hysterectomy,” believing that this includes their ovaries and fallopian tubes, too. Not so. Because a hysterectomy is the surgical removal of the uterus (aka womb)—a complete hysterectomy refers only to the removal of the complete uterus.
