"Never Received Card"

I paid for premium shipment...card never arrived. I have contacted customer service and they have been very helpful and offered a refund. The money is not important to me, however I am disappointed. I was excited to get this card for my grandson as I had purchased a very nice book on astronomy for him. Since the card was shipped to me the day after it was ordered, I assume that the problem was not the company's problem. It was probably in the postal system.

Thank you for taking the time to review this card. As you noted, USPS did encounter a delay that caused your order to arrive later than expected. While you did decline the offer, we have issued a full refund for the order, since the card arrived later than expected. We understand that this does not make up for the card arriving later than expected but we assure you that these delays are rare. Our apologies again for any inconvenience this may have caused.
