"To a Special Friend" is the wording written along the black brim of the orange polka dot witch hat that the grinning jack o' lantern is wearing on this delightful Halloween card. The pumpkin's mouth is open wide in a full smile, that fills over half of his face, and hand lettered orange wording of "BOO!" can be seen inside his grin, Hiding behind the pumpkin is his special friend, the long swirly-tailed black cat. A bat joins the party and a full moon can be seen in the top right corner. A decorative double border surrounds the card with swirls and fall leaves. The inside wording of the card says "A big boo to you for Halloween!"
