Excellent service via phone and email. I ordered this darling "Baby's First Valentine Teddy Bear" card for my grand-daughter. I was able to personalize the card with her name and change the ink color on the interior. I was also able to add her Grampy's name and mine to the interior of the card. This makes such a wonderful personal presentation for her parents to keep in her baby book. I have ordered from this sight before and will continue to do so. A very happy customer.
