Wish anyone, in general, a Happy Chinese New Year, the year of the dog with a card featuring a cute dog under an Asian tree with a lantern hanging from its branch against a pretty, partly cloudy sky. The background has Chinese lanterns hanging from bamboo with golden color text. Design by Laurie Schneider, elements by HF-Projekte, La Galerie de Jackie. Chinese New Year starts a new animal's zodiac year. In China, each lunar cycle has 60 years and 12 years is regarded as a small cycle. Each of the 12 years is defined by an animal sign: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.
