A humble shepherd boy saw a glorious sight
led to the dark stable by a heavenly light.
He heard the faint flutter of an angel's wing,
the cooing of baby Jesus lifted his soul to sing.
As the aroma of hay filled the crisp air,
this young shepherd became very aware,
That on that night, promises were given
of peace and hope from this child from Heaven.
Now may you, too,
celebrate the joy of His coming.
