A very important and patriotic holiday is celebrated on May 15th that is called Peace Officers Memorial Day. It occurs during National Police Week and was created in 1962. This lovely card commemorates and honors those who have given their lives for our safety in their line of duty. The card has a series of concentric stars that fill the top and center of the card, with the blue hand lettered wording, at the bottom, that overlaps and says "Peace Officers Memorial Day". The inside wording of the card is "Honoring and thanking those who have given their lives in the line of duty."
