A trio of colorful party hats, burst with orange, yellow, purple and blue polka dots and are ringed with ribbons that gradually change from either light orange to dark orange, or light turquoise to dark turquoise, that encircle all three hats. In between the hats, festive long-stem champagne glasses of celebratory pink champagne, stand regally, giving this dark royal blue card a fun and party like feel.
