The bear is constructed of hearts, with a snout that's an upside down heart, with angled pink heart cheeks and a little pink nose made from a tiny pink heart. The little guy is showing his paws and holds your nephew's new age of "2" in his right paw. To the bear's right, a large blue heart, dotted with tiny white hearts, contains the card's white hand lettered wording of "It's your second birthday".
