Celebrations have always inspired my work, especially those milestone moments that deserve to be remembered. For this illustration, I drew on my love of whimsical watercolour, expressive hand-drawn details, and the joyful colours found in elegant French pātisseries and boutique celebrations. I wanted the artwork to feel light-hearted, feminine, and full of optimism, with every decorative element contributing to a sense of happiness and occasion. Created especially for a niece celebrating her 18th birthday, I hope this design becomes a treasured keepsake that marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter and all the wonderful adventures still to come.
