"Master Sergeant" and "Congratulations" are the two beautifully hand lettered sets of words that appear in white, atop the two huge blue stars, that overlap each other at the center of this patriotic red, white and blue U.S. Military Master Sergeant Promotion Congratulations Card. Swirling over and under these two large blue focal point stars are four rolling red parallel stripes, that create the illusion of the red and white stripes on our American flag. The background is dotted with tiny blue stars, creating a unique patriotic design of congratulations. The inside wording of the card is "Wishing you all the best, as you follow your career dreams, in your promotion to Master Sergeant."
