"Sympathy Thank You"

I have ordered many cards from your site, however, this card was a little disappointing, front seemed, dull, I
know I didn't request the shiny front, have those before and didn't particularly care for, all other cards I have ordered, requested the matte finish, but this card looked
as I said dull, black looked like somewhere wet it and smeared it. I am still debating if to send or not.
Will say first one that I wasn't thrilled as I have the others.
This card was from a group from my church for the donation they made in memory of my sister that passed
away a month ago.
