Everyone who battles snow in the winter anticipates the arrival of spring with reservations, because after the snow is gone, it's officially mud season! Two pretty golden crocus buds have popped through a covering of late-winter snow to announce that spring is on its way. But, as the humorous verse explains, that's not necessarily good news! It's been a rough winter for much of the country, so brighten someone's day with this clever verse. It's the perfect card for giving a chuckle to anyone who lives in the "snow belt"! Original verse by Patricia Rapple, copyright Will Davis Studios.
