Wish your son in law, who is turning 69 years old, a very happy birthday this year with this brightly colored balloon birthday card. Three round inflated balloons fill the top left of the card, one with undulating blue and yellow stripes, one with orange, green and blue polka dots and one is melon colored with yellow twinkles. Horizontal stripes divide the white card with yellow, green, pink and blue stripes and on the green stripe "Son in Law" is written on one side of the balloon strings and "69 Years" is written on the other side. "Celebrate" is hand lettered, in black, below the balloon trio, in black lettering. The inside wording of the card says "Birthday wishes to a wonderful son in law!"
