21st birthday wishes in Spanish for your sister. The design features two large hearts, one is deep pink, the other a golden colour edged with pink. The message is "Para una hermana muy especial" (translation: "For a very special sister"). This is written on the golden-coloured heart, and on the pink heart there is a large black number 21. The background of the card is white with a scattering of pale pink number 21s, and on the left-hand side is a deep pink stripe, like a ribbon, decorated with stylized pale pink flower shapes. Inside, the greeting is customizable to suit, and reads "¡Feliz cumpleaños! Que todos tus sueños se hagan realidad" (translation: "Happy birthday! May all your dreams come true").
