"Very disappointed" By Portia I - May 4th, 2020

I bought 3 of these because I thought they looked very nice. All the other cards I bought at the same time were great. We were extremely disappointed with these 3. You cannot even see SYMPATHY on the front of the card. I will be sending a picture of the cards. Anyone who packed them should have been able to see that Sympathy was not even showing up. Very disappointed. I would like a refund for these 3 cards as I wouldn't and couldnt send them to anyone who had lost someone. l
